Conductive Organization, by Hubert Saint-Onge and Charles
Armstrong. Key ideas from the book are presented including
the creation of an organization capable of unimpeded knowledge
flow, continuous learning, and rock-solid values, to continuously
generate capabilities to meet customer needs. Mr. Schachter
remarks "the authors bring customer imperative, systems,
and knowledge management together neatly and provide some
intriguing models for developing the building blocks of
a conductive organization."

In the book, Lowy and Hood discuss Hubert’s use of such a matrix at CIBC to determine key elements of high performance, and to arrive at an innovative solution to an organizational crisis.
